Kate is the founder and owner of Redditch Mortgage Advice and has been a mortgage broker in Redditch for 14 years. Over this time she has built strong relationships with all of her clients, solicitors and estate agents.
Her mortgage knowledge is second to none, and she is very passionate about her clients and making sure that they always have a positive experience in their dealings with us. Kate’s clients and their needs are always put first.
Kate specialises in more complex self employed and specialist buy to let cases.
Kelly Penn
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Kelly has worked as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor in the Financial Services Industry for 15 Years. She develops close relationships with her clients to ensure she is offering the best advice and support to suit their circumstances.
Kelly prides herself on going the extra mile to make the home buying process for her client’s as stress free and smooth as possible. Kelly is able to visit you in the comfort of your home.

Gemma is a very experienced administrator and has worked within the property industry for 22 years, who again has longstanding relationships with many of our clients, local solicitors and estate agents.
Gemma’s main role is to submit applications to lenders and providers; she will liaise with clients to ensure that the lenders get all of the information they need ASAP and oversees the day to day running of the office.
Yasmin Mohammed
Team Leader
Yasmin oversees our after sales team who will progress applications to achieve an ‘OFFER’ status within the quickest time possible, and to follow on communication with solicitors and other parties involved in your transaction to make sure your case completes.
She will guide you through the legal process and is always on hand to assist with paperwork and signing of documents. She has built very important relationships with many solicitors, and cares very much about our clients getting the best service possible.
