A few points before you see us:
Location
If you’re coming to see us face to face we are located Prospect House, Church Green West, Redditch, B97 4DU (located next door to Red House Dentist & Smallwood Health Centre).
There is parking to the front of the office. If all parking is used there is a large pay and display car park next to the office.
Documents
Please can you bring the following information with you or email it to us prior to your appointment:
- Photographic ID
- Details of any existing mortgages you have
- Details of any loans/credit cards/store cards/mail order/finance agreements/PCP’s/car leases
- Latest 3 months bank statements
Employment
Latest 3 months payslips (latest 13 if paid weekly)
If you’re self employed:
Latest 2 years Accounts or Latest 2 years SA302’s or Tax Calculations

Meet The Team
Kate Mcternan
Director. Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Kate is the founder and owner of Redditch Mortgage Advice and has been a mortgage broker in Redditch for 14 years. Over this time she has built strong relationships with all of her clients, solicitors and estate agents.
Her mortgage knowledge is second to none, and she is very passionate about her clients and making sure that they always have a positive experience in their dealings with us. Kate’s clients and their needs are always put first.
Kate specialises in more complex self employed and specialist buy to let cases.
Kelly Penn
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Kelly prides herself on going the extra mile to make the home buying process for her client’s as stress free and smooth as possible. Kelly is able to visit you in the comfort of your home.
Pippa Bevan
Mortgage Advisor & Specialist Protection Advisor
Pippa is a qualified mortgage and protection advisor. She specialises in arranging protection for our customers and her objective is to ensure that your mortgage and family are always protected no matter what life throws at you.
Pippa’s specialist area is protection. Pippa is able to visit you in the comfort of your own home to review your mortgage and protection needs. There is no cost for this service.
Gemma Groves
Office Manager
Gemma is a very experienced administrator and has worked within the property industry for 22 years, who again has longstanding relationships with many of our clients, local solicitors and estate agents.
Gemma’s main role is to submit applications to lenders and providers; she will liaise with clients to ensure that the lenders get all of the information they need ASAP and oversees the day to day running of the office.
Yasmin Mohammed
Team Leader
Yasmin oversees our after sales team who will progress applications to achieve an ‘OFFER’ status within the quickest time possible, and to follow on communication with solicitors and other parties involved in your transaction to make sure your case completes.
She will guide you through the legal process and is always on hand to assist with paperwork and signing of documents. She has built very important relationships with many solicitors, and cares very much about our clients getting the best service possible.
Charene Shirley
Case Handler
Charlene is a dedicated after-sales case handler who works on our client’s files after they have been submitted to the lender, through to legal completion.
Amanda Southall
Case Handler
Amanda is a dedicated after-sales case handler who works on our client’s files after they have been submitted to the lender, through to legal completion.
Frankie Steanes
Trainee Mortgage Administrator
After recently successfully completing her GCSE’s, Frankie has joined Redditch Mortgage Advice on an apprenticeship scheme, to train towards becoming a mortgage adminstrator.
