As first time buyers, the initially daunting process was made infinitely more straight forward with the assistance of both Kate and Yasmin. They have been exceptional at translating complicated processes into basic and understandable terms for me and my wife.

With constant issues with builders, solicitors and the bank, Kate and Yasmin were always reassuring shoulders to lean on. There were a few times when we felt we were going to lose the house but the  constant hard work of the team at Redditch Mortgage Advice ensured this didn't happen.
